Live Purposely is a private pay practice and is considered an out-of-network provider for most insurances.

Live Purposely provide psychotherapy, coaching and consultation services.

At this time, the practice accepts a few insurances with a limited number of client availability.

I utilize three main modalities known as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy and the Recovery Model of Therapy. Other modalities include Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Faith-Based Therapy, Holistic Therapy and Culturally Sensitive Therapy.

Payment is required at the time of service. Acceptable forms of payments are credit, debit cards, HSA and FSA cards. Superbills are provided on a monthly basis for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement per request.

Prior to your first session, it is strongly encourage you reach out to your insurance company to obtain information regarding your in-network benefits or out-of-network benefits, reimbursement rates, telehealth coverage, and deductible. Specific questions to ask your insurance company will be provided to you upon request.

It is your responsibility to submit receipts to the insurance company for reimbursement. 

I specialize in those with anxiety, depression, life transition difficulty and a life unfulfilled. In addition, grief, self esteem issues, stress management and career counseling.

If you do not attend your scheduled psychotherapy or coaching appointment, or cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a portion of the cost of the session.

Please keep in mind, insurance does not cover late cancellations or no-shows.
